Refund Policy

Unless the following points are met, ShedTech will generally not offer a refund on software you have purchased from this site. If the CD media you receive from us is found to be defective, we reserve the right to replace it at our expense.

1. Conditions of Refund

You will only be entitled to a refund if all of the following conditions are met.

  1. The software is found to be defective or not fit for its stated purpose. The software will not be deemed to be defective if it is not compatible with your operating system or computer hardware. The page on which you purchased the software clearly outlines the required operating environments.
  2. A defect is found and ShedTech staff can not provide a resolution within 21 days
  3. You have not already used the software to generate windload certificates
  4. You have not breached the End User License Agreement that was presented to you when installing the software

We will not accept a refund application simply because you made a mistake when ordering or changed your mind after ordering.

2. Applying for a Refund

In order to apply for a refund, you must post your application to:

With the application, you must submit the following:

  1. All copies of the software purchased and any other documents in their original condition
  2. A copy of your invoice that was emailed to you when you ordered the software
  3. A signed statement that you have uninstalled the software from all computers within your business
  4. A description of the problem you found in the software
