1. How will my software be delivered?
ShedTech will ship your software CD and any other materials using registered post. You will be required to sign for receipt of the software from Australia Post. If you are not present to receive delivery, you will be able to pick up the software from your local post office.
2. How much will delivery for my order cost?
Software delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10 AUD on all orders. This will be added to the final price when purchasing software from this site.
3. How long do I have to wait?
Assuming there are no problems with your payment, delivery to Australian capital cities will usually occur within 5 working days. Other areas may take longer. Shipments to New Zealand will usually occur within 10 working days.
4. Where do you deliver to?
ShedTech will deliver software purchased on this web site to anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. If you reside in another country, please contact us for more information.
When purchasing software on this site, you will be asked to specify the postal address to deliver to.
